Blueberry Protein Bowl

If you’re looking to add some colour, freshness, & crunch to your day, a smoothie bowl might be just what you need!

I love these for any meal of the day. Play around with different combinations of ingredients until you achieve what is just right for you! This Blueberry Protein Bowl is one of my favourite combinations.

INGREDIENTS

METHOD

  • Blend all ingredients until smooth. Obtain desired consistency by adding additional nut milk if necessary.
  • Pour into your favourite breakfast bowl.
  • Stir in 1tsp chia seeds *optional

TOP WITH:

  • Your choice of fresh berries
  • Shredded coconut
  • Raw nuts & seeds, homemade granola, or perhaps a buckwheat granola as featured in this bowl!
