There are 8 modules taught over 8 weeks to incorporate the wisdom of women’s cyclical nature and give you space for rest, creativity, and integration.

The coaching calls are 90min on Tuesdays from 2pm - 3:30pm eastern

In addition, I suggest blocking out at least 2h-4h/week to do the exercises. *I’ll be supporting you with creating space in your calendar on our first call so don’t worry too much about this!

Some participants will come thinking that they have “a million ideas” while others feel that they have none. Both are false. When I guide you through the exercises I have in store for you, you will create the right amount of ideas for you and eventually choose the best ONE for your soul’s path.

I can’t speak to the other programs you’ve done in the past, but what I can say is that if you show up just as you are, have an ounce of faith that what you desire is possible for you, and apply even just ONE concept that I teach you, your life can and will improve—perhaps not instantaneously or dramatically (although I know how much our culture LOVES quick results and drama) your life will completely transform through the years because of your willingness to take a chance and believe in yourself enough to invest in your dreams!

It is possible that the programs you didn’t love gave you exactly what you needed to make this one work for you!

Too much screen time and isolation in recent years definitely has had an impact. I hear you.

I can understand the hesitancy to sign up for yet another experience that is virtual, however, what I LOVE about being able to offer a program online is that women from different parts of the world can come together, save time, money, and energy (not spent in traffic) which means MORE time for you to use that time, money, and energy working on your dreams. Isn’t that awesome?

We have one 90min call per week and it is going to be EPIC every time, guaranteed!

Here are a few tips to make the most out of our calls:

• Set the mood: light a candle, prepare a cup of tea, and create a space in your home that feels inspiring to you.
• Change out of your sweats and put on that dress you keep saving for a special occasion! Put on them heels because they make you feel sexy AF—and please tell me where you got them cause I am in dire need of a new pair!
• Do a screen audit: Do you know how much time you are spending in front of the screen each day? Spend a few days to add it up then see if you can reduce my half: cut back on social media, set a rule to shut screens off by 8pm for a week, check emails no more than 2x/day. I promise these little tweaks will make a big difference.

Creating a business that is 99% of the time virtual is really important to me and it is what allows me to spend more time with my daughter, take longer walks with my dog, prepare delicious meals, and have more space for writing books like this one.

Let’s have the best freaking time, ok?!

Sure you can find free stuff online, I do it all the time, but I know that you won’t find what I include in this program because YOU and ME plus the other women in the group cannot be replaced.  Out of the billions of people on this planet, something led you here. If that’s not a sign, I don’t know what is.

That being said, nothing replaces live coaching. Sure there are recorded courses, I’ve taken part in plenty and might even turn this program into a virtual program one day, however having someone who is a stand for you is priceless.

I know that you have big goals like wanting to buy a house, travel, max out your RRSPs, buy beautiful gifts at Christmas for our family, but it doesn’t have to be either or.

What if instead of thinking that you can either buy a house OR travel OR invest in yourself, you start looking at solutions such that you can buy a house AND travel AND join Matriarch? This one distinction can transform the way you see your life.

Your real friends will support you when you step onto your soul’s path, the others may not. If this happens, Matriarch will provide exactly what you need to handle this.

As for your parents, chances are they are really proud of you but can’t help wanting to “keep you safe” even if that means preventing you from breaking free from the unfulfilling path that you are on. They will be proud of you for being TRUE to you. At the end of the day, every parent wants their child to be happy (even if that is beneath many many layers).

Listen, the last few years have been really tough mentally. I’m scared that I might not have the emotional capacity to do this. I don’t want to disappoint you or look like a crazy person.

Sis, I feel you! The last few years were intense!!! I don’t know one person who hasn’t felt the impact.

I personally went through some of the most challenging transitions between 2019-2023.

It’s more than ok to have the courage to move forward in the name of creating a better future for yourself, even if it looks messy at times…it often does for me!

You don’t have to be perfect to join Matriarch, in fact, it’s better if you don’t even try to be. Vulnerability and realness are welcomed. That being said, you do need to be mentally, emotionally, and physically able to participate in the program. If you are currently working with a therapist or medical professional and are uncertain whether or not you should do this program, you may want to consult with them to see what is advisable for you. No shame.

Not feeling as if you are where you are meant to be or hoped to be is hard. There is no sugarcoating it. You are grieving the life you thought you’d have.

You can’t start anywhere but here, and accepting that with love will be one of the most powerful things to help you move forward. I’ll show you how.

First, let’s be clear: there is nothing wrong with following the traditional path. It’s fabulous for some. And I am not here to shame anyone! But I knew that it wasn’t the right fit for me. And I tried to fit in, but couldn’t. I had to discover and accept what was more natural and aligned for ME—and you will have to do the same. Somedays I wish I did have a more traditional path, but then I realize that is just comparison talking.

I’ve also realized that I was trying to fit into a system that was designed for men by men and discounted my female biology for a long time. The more I became curious about what it meant to be a women (for me), I saw that thanks to the efforts of women before me who allowed us to step on the field with the boys, we now have the opportunity to play on a field of our own, play our own game, with our own rules. And just as I wouldn’t expect a man to deny his true desires and nature in order to fit into a woman’s world, I am not expecting that for myself or anyone else.

There is room for ALL of us to play in a way that feels like play!

If you feel called to something more, and it keeps showing up, that’s your soul talking. And your soul will never lead you astray. That I know for sure.

I’m not going to tell you to PUSH THROUGH it…In fact one of the most valuable lessons I learned from giving birth was the art of knowing when to push. If anything I will most likely coach you to practice ALLOWING more than anything else. Pushing will come naturally when it is actually time to, if at all.

I won’t invalidate what you are feeling or going through and pretend to be positive. All emotions are valid and are a window to more love and joy if we really look. And ironically, that tends to lead to a more positive outlook.

Forget MAKING IT HAPPEN. When you are connected to who you are called to be and what you truly desire and remove the clutter that prevents you from seeing the path forward, you don’t MAKE IT HAPPEN as much as see that it was there and your job is to BE MORE YOU.
