Despite being a positive, happy person who loves personal development and is committed to ongoing growth, sometimes darker thoughts and emotions seem to find their way in.
And you thought it was just you?
Do not worry, it happens to the best of us!
In the first episode of the Create Your Motherhood Summer Series we dive into this topic and tackle an important question:
What to do when you’re more on the hopeless side of things, fear creeping in, what if I don’t meet someone? Etc…

A few key things we dive into:
- Acknowledge the feeling but don’t let it make the decisions.
- Our emotions are on our team! Don’t forget it. Fear is there to alert you.
- There are two sides to the coin: Hope & Hopelessness. Love & Fear. So know that when fear or hopelessness shows up, love and hope are very close!
- Notice what awakens these feelings (states, places, habits)
- Lean into the fear and get your power back!
- If you don’t see a way out, get help now from a therapist, coach, close friend.
- Do you have room in your life for what it is you say you want?
- Are you willing to do the work?
- What would you need to let go of to have the life you want?
