MATRIARCH: Reclaim your power and create a life aligned with your soul

In just 9 weeks, you’ll go from feeling overwhelmed and confused about what’s next in your life to feeling powerful and clear about your path forward in both your personal and professional life. You’ll experience the joy, confidence, and energy that come from reclaiming your feminine power and living in harmony with your authentic self, free from external pressures and fully aligned with your true values.

You will:

1. Discover Who You Really Are: Reclaim your power and unleash the sovereign woman within by identifying your core values and beliefs, raising your standards, and creating rituals that honor your authentic self so you can move forward with clarity, confidence, and grace.
2. Find Your Path Forward: Develop a compelling vision for your life to find your true north and channel your focus and energy into the one area that will create the most meaningful shift in your life right now, whether it be professional or personal. For example: quitting your job to finally start your own business, carving out the time to write (and publish) the book you’ve been putting off for years, or calling in your dream man and starting a family.

YOUR MATRIARCH ROADMAP

Part I: Creating Fertile Ground

Session 1: Opening Ceremony

Our first call together is an opportunity to meet and connect with the amazing women who are also starting their Matriarch journey. You will learn the 7 Guiding Lights that will support you throughout our 10-weeks together and beyond. You’ll get honest about where you are starting from (without blame and shame) and plant new seeds for your dreams.

Session 2: Make Room

In create massive shifts in your life, you must make sure your inner and outer world are clean. This session is all about setting up your environment in order for you to shift your energy, get rid of what no longer serves you, and build the courage to face what you have been avoiding in your life!

Bonus Session: Release Ceremony

The Release Ceremony is a healing and liberating experience. This is where you get to let all that has been weighing on you out and be witnessed as you release the pain and open your heart to new possibilities. It is a sacred experience where you get to let go of the old you with love.

Part II: A New Way of Being 

Session 3: Step Into Possibility

Chances are you already know what you want but are out of practice with seeing past the bullshit excuses, fear, and doubt that keeps you stuck. In this session you will ignite your turn ON and allow yourself to dream again!

Session 4: Visioning

Here’s where you get to break-free of the patterns in your life by shifting your attention and energy from your past to cultivating a vision that lights your soul on fire! I’ll guide you through various tools to tune-in and unleash the vision that is inside of you and waiting to come alive! This is where what your rational mind gets a wake up call from what you true self is really here for.

Session 5: Awaken The Matriarch

Get excited because you will get up and take a stand as the powerful woman you truly are! I’ll guide you to build a solid foundation for yourself, aligned with your vision and values (which we will refine!). You’ll declare who you are, to yourself first, and then to the group of women cheering you on. You’ll toss out beliefs that keep you small and step into a new belief system aligned with you. I’ll help you set boundaries so that you can enjoy the practices and rituals the real you needs to feel nourished, inspired, and empowered.

Part III: Aligned Action

Session 6: Align Your Life

There’s something you are here to become and do. In this session I will help you streamline your ideas so that you can channel your focus and energy into the project or goal that lights up your soul. Be it personal or professional, you will feel the burst of energy that comes from identifying, declaring, and taking your first steps onto the path that has been waiting for you!

Session 7: Learn The Art Of Soulful Productivity

Are you done with the hustle culture and ready to free yourself from patriarchal conditioning? This session is where I’ll show you how to get things done in a way that aligns with the seasons, cycles, and rhythms of nature and your true nature! You’ll create a structure that allows you to flow, bridge the gap between your current and ideal reality, and transform your relationship with time such that it becomes your ally! We need to stop normalizing overwhelm, burnout, and compromising our needs as woman. Soulful Productivity is a new way of being and doing that honours all that you are!

Session 8: Closing Ceremony

Here’s a secret, the end of the journey is actually just the beginning! However, before making your next leap, we take the time to celebrate your wins and transformation. You’ll leave feeling deeply connected to who are and excited about the path forward.
