For 1-2 people


  • 1 banana
  • 1/2 cup frozen or fresh strawberries
  • Handful of kale &/or baby spinach
  • 1 tbsp ground flax seed
  • 1 tsp coconut oil
  • 1tbsp bee pollen
  • 1 tsp Tumeric powder *optional
  • 1 dash of cayenne pepper *optional
  • 1 Medjool date *optional
  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk or water

Add all ingredients to your blender, blend until smooth.

For 2


  • 1 beet; red or orange
  • 2 lebanese cucumbers or 1 cucumber
  • 2 red or green apples
  • 2 carrots
  • 1 lime, peeled
  • 1 thumbnail ginger root

Pass ingredients through your juicer and serve.

For 1-2 people

Bowl Ingredients:

  • 1/2 medium-sized avocado
  • 2 bananas
  • 1 heaping tbsp of nut butter, like hazelnut or almond
  • 1 Medjool date *optional


  • 1/4 cup homemade trail mix or PRANA Bio Anapurna Mix
  • 2-3 sliced strawberries per bowl
  • Fresh blueberries or homemade blueberry compote
  • Shredded coconut, sprinkled over
  • Orange zest

In a food processor mix the avocado, banana, nut butter, and date until smooth. If you don’t have a food processor, put your back into it, and mash the old fashioned way in a bowl.

Split the mixture into 2 beautiful bowls and top with the nuts, berries, coconut, and orange zest.

Serve and enjoy mindfully.
